More About Me

Business Philosophy:

I believe memorable real estate agents serve as consultants, facilitators and counselors for clients and that the greatest commission an agent can receive is customer satisfaction expressed through repeat business and referrals to new clients.

When representing sellers and listing their home, I counsel them prior to placing their property on the market to ensure that we develop a collaborative marketing strategy to entice quality, timely, and optimistically multiple purchase offers. I take great pride in working side-by-side with sellers to learn the unique attributes of each home and to determine how to best position the property within the ever-changing market. This diligence ensures that my clients are likely to walk away from a closing feeling that they made the right choice with Coldwell Banker and in choosing me as their agent.

My goal as a Realtor representing buyers is to ensure that I help clients find a home that meets their expectations and provides the greatest opportunity for them to remain fulfilled by their investment years into the future. I strive to reduce the obstacles and lessen the anxiety that can often intimidate homebuyers.

Personal Background:

Although I am a native of Connecticut, the long history and many charms of New England never cease to amaze me. My family and I reside in Milford and enjoy partaking in everything coastal and greater Connecticut have to offer. By living and working in a place that I love, my life as a real estate agent is even more fulfilling, as it is a pleasure to assist others as they sell and purchase property with the intent of finding that special house they can call home.

My previous experience serving as a public-school teacher and assistant principal for 14 years in both Connecticut and Massachusetts complements my role as a sales associate. Much like a teacher, one of the primary roles of a Realtor is to educate sellers and buyers. My clients look to me for knowledge and advice that helps them to become informed and savvy sellers or buyers with a full understanding of current market conditions. A secondary strength that benefits my clients is my ability to ensure that difficult tasks are accomplished with professionalism. As an assistant principal I frequently engaged in advocating and negotiation in an effort to promote the greater good of students in public schools. The wisdom I gained from such experiences helps to reassure my clients that during challenging negotiations I will develop solutions that preserve and promote their financial and personal interests.
